AppTrajectory

Website Terms and Content Use

Terms for using AppTrajectory’s editorial guidance, educational tools and reusable planning templates.

AppTrajectory provides educational software-planning guidance and decision tools. It does not sell a SaaS subscription through this website or operate the former Trajectory application. Using the tools does not create a professional advisory, support or account-recovery relationship.

Guidance and estimates

Readers are responsible for confirming their requirements and checking current supplier terms and capabilities. Worked examples are illustrative. Calculator results depend on entered values and exclusions; scorecard results express user-defined judgements. Neither tool certifies a product, guarantees savings or determines whether an organisation meets an obligation.

The publisher aims to make the material useful and accurate, but errors and changing external facts are possible. Raise a factual or calculation issue through Contact. Review consequential decisions with the people responsible for them.

Content and template use

You may link to public pages and adapt the downloadable worksheets for your internal planning. Preserve source attribution when redistributing an unmodified template. For republication of substantial editorial content, commercial redistribution or other licensing requests, contact the publisher with the intended use.

Rights in third-party sources, trademarks and historical material remain with their respective owners. The current AppTrajectory branding does not grant rights to thoughtbot’s assets, software or former product identity. A link to a historical source is not a licence to copy it.

Reasonable use

Do not use this site to collect former customers’ credentials, impersonate the publisher or misrepresent illustrative outputs as verified research. Keep private information out of public enquiries and use downloaded files responsibly. The site’s lack of accounts does not make every potential use appropriate.

Third-party links and limitations

External sites may change content and terms. A contextual reference supports a particular subject; it is not an endorsement of every claim or commercial offer at the destination. Commercial relationships, if introduced, should be disclosed under the disclosure policy.

These terms do not attempt to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accessibility and copyright reports

Send the relevant URL, a description of the problem and any supporting information to editorial@stuartkerrs.com. Do not send passwords or private customer files. The publisher does not claim registered DMCA-agent status or a guaranteed response time.
